As part of its ongoing “Property Sahi. Aur Ab Services Sabhi” brand campaign, Magicbricks has launched two new TV commercials featuring its brand ambassador Ayushmann Khurrana, repeating its transformation into an integrated, full-stack platform for all real estate needs. The first TVC in the series gave viewers a glimpse of the new range of diverse services being offered at Magicbricks, the two new TVCs focus on the key pillars of home loans and expert advice.The high-decibel multimedia campaign will run for six to eight weeks across the country. Through its concise coverage, the campaign highlights Magicbricks’ commitment to meeting customer challenges; enabling a hassle-free experience, said Devarshy R Ganguly, head of marketing, Magicbricks. “The two new TVCs focus on important pillars in home purchase – home loans and expert advice and guidance; thus restoring our brand goal that Magicbricks is a total solution for all real estate related needs,” he added.
The ‘home loan’ commercial highlights Magicbricks’ promise to bring more than 25 trusted banks and exclusive loan offers right to the customer’s doorstep, while the ‘expert advice’ commercial highlights Magicbricks’ suite of advisory services.
The campaign was supposed to reflect life situations in a typical Indian family, said Ankur Suman partner and ECD, RK Swamy BBDO: “We put the stories in recognizable situations, be it with ‘real estate experts’ in our families or the likeable sibling with annoying quirks. The never-before-seen cast of Aparshakti Khurrana as Ayushmann’s brother makes the creative all the more believable,” he stated.
