At the heart of AneeMate lies the enchanting world of Hidden Islands, a magical realm created from children’s imaginations. This multicultural phenomenon is designed to evoke nostalgia and joy, particularly among fans of creature-catching games. The storyline follows Elemental Yipees, who created this land and brought the AneeMates to life. A meteor’s curse plunged the islands into chaos, prompting the Yipees to bring children from around the world to help restore harmony.
Building on this narrative, AneeMate seeks to become a fully immersive world that players can explore and enjoy. By offering a full player-versus-player (PvP) game experience as a creature-extraction shooter, AneeMate aims to set itself apart from the competition.
The game offers a rich and dynamic experience—exploring hidden islands with unique biomes, gathering resources, crafting items, and capturing AneeMates. These captured creatures serve as companions, providing special abilities and enhancing gameplay. The game balances risk and reward, making resource gathering and AneeMate management key to success.
Enhancing the universe
Building a cohesive and immersive universe requires strategic partnerships and extensive groundwork alongside creativity. Securing approvals for multiple IPs for brand, TV and merchandise has been a rigorous process involving collaboration with a 15-year veteran adviser in Japanese game licensing.
“AneeMate brings a lot of innovations to capture the interest of publishers, making it stand out as a brand, a game and a potential movie,” the Qorpo founder continued, adding:

The Qorpo team is building a whole Web3 ecosystem around the AneeMate IP, and its native token — QORPO — plays a central role in establishing it. The token enables in-game market sales without blockchain transactions and facilitates onchain sales on the QORPO market. This offers players asset ownership and royalties from secondary sales, making it valuable to pay a small gas fee for rare assets or AneeMates.
Minting assets as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) also requires QORPO tokens, which are then burned, reducing supply and enhancing the economy. The token’s integration across all studio activities adds significant value and functionality to the gaming platform.
